Delicious, authentic Texas BBQ in the heart of Strasbourg!! I’ve been eating here since they opened a few months ago and it’s consistently awesome. Their slow smoked meats are the closest thing to real Texas BBQ that I’ve found in France (I also lived in Texas so I know my stuff!). MUST TRY: the beef rib, brisket, pork belly, Mac and cheese, Jalapeño corn bread, crab cakes and pecan pie. Oh and can’t forget, their Sunday Brunch is SO GOOD too!!

What an Amazing restaurant 😍 best brisket I’ve ever had outside Texas this real authentic BBQ pit master style cooking !!! My goodness their onion blossom is da bomb ! The hush puppy’s the potato skin … everything is just perfectly cooked and seasoned even the bbq sauce home made is exceptional and true authentic pecan pie like gamgam use the make back in the days … 💯 you need to go and taste them amazing flavors in that brisket god almighty i just can’t stop dreaming about it amen to the chef and Irma for the making us fell like at home with such warmth 🥹🥰 I will come and get that George’s special everyday if I could ❤️ best combo everrrrrr Merci 🙏

Since the new owners took over, everything is much better. Homemade food, full of flavor, with American-style portions. Highly recommend! And on Sundays, the pancakes at brunch are the best.🥞❤️🤤

The restaurant really had me think "holy molly". The best meal I had in Strasbourg for my 8 days stay. Highly recommend trying the special of the day set menu. The portions were generous and the food was phenomenal.

A year ago this place changed ownership and has been open for a few months, since the change it's been incredibl! So delicious the ribs were incredible and the brisket was exquisite, a little expensive but definetly worth it! I would recommend if you're looking for delicious American barbecue and cuisine in strasbourg.
