Memphis - Restaurant Diner

Unfortunately, the waiters ignored us and we had to come up on our own. The table had not been cleared for a long time after antecedent visitors. Were also asked to move to a smaller table, although there were many empty tables inside. The steak was ordered well done, but was brought medium. The burger was very greasy. Afterwards there was a heaviness in my stomach for a long time. You had to ask for salt and pepper yourself. And at the end they added tea for 5 euros, which we did not order. I advise you to check your bill before paying. I don't recommend this cafe.

I've been decreasing the rating over time. Smaller rations for higher prices. Don't take double or triple burgers, the meat size is smaller. The cheesecake was really small for 8eur Vs what they use to serve as deserts. Apparently the menu is changing in 1mo again. Tried to use the granola and it's not working (without any sign saying so), no one gave the money back. To finish, the waitress brought the bill with the desert clearly pushing us out after like 40min since we arrived (pretty fast). No tip, not recommended, not what it used to be.

I enjoyed dining here. I'm an American expat living here in France so when I saw an American themed diner, I knew I had to try it. The food was actually pretty authentically American, by which I mean it was greasy, salty, and exactly what you would get at, say, Denny's or IHOP. The decor made me laugh because everything on the walls and in the restaurant really is 1950s Americana memorabilia: Elvis, Marilyn, motorcycles, and milkshakes. Being in France, the service was very French, not overly friendly but efficient. However, one advantage of this being a restaurant in France is that dogs are allowed inside. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely coming back to this restaurant to try more of their food.
