Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We waited over one hour for our food after ordering only one Tarte flambée and one Wienerschnitzel. When the dishes finally arrived, they were not even what we had ordered. After pointing out the mistake, the Schnitzel with Spätzle was served. The Schnitzel itself was very dry, and the Spätzle were completely burnt, black in several places and clearly inedible. We asked for the dish to be replaced. Instead of preparing a new plate, the restaurant brought back the same dish with some burnt parts removed, while other visibly black, burnt Spätzle remained on the plate (see image). Despite this, we were still forced to pay for the dish. The Tarte flambée was also disappointing, as it was far too salty. Although we had a reservation, the waiter asked us twice to confirm that we actually had one, even after we were already seated. Throughout the entire situation, the waiter showed no understanding and did not apologize at any point. As if this were not enough, we found a dead fly in one of the beers. On top of that, the condition of the bathrooms was far below any acceptable hygiene standards, dirty, neglected, and frankly shocking for a restaurant. Given this experience, I honestly do not understand the many positive reviews. Between the excessive waiting time, the mishandling of burnt food, the poor quality of the dishes, the lack of basic service professionalism, and the serious hygiene issues, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences we have had.
