The actual bar program runs smaller than what shows up online—reviewers note the limited selection—but nobody's really here for craft cocktail theater. They're here because you can watch a Padres game from above without buying a ticket, or time your arrival for sunset and get the whole downtown grid lit up in that half-hour window when San Diego remembers it's a city.
