Well, there are many interpretations of edible products and my favorite Shave Ice is nothing like a Snow Cone. That explains the absence of the 5th star.
I ordered Watermelon flavor shave ice here in Pacific Beach on San Diego’s coast. The flavor was good and it was plentiful-so from the first spoonful to the last it tasted watermelony…..yep, it’s not a word.
The customer service was excellent-the young man that waited on me was patient and helpful!
There are picnic style elevated tables so you can sit and people watch or daydream staring into the Pacific Ocean.
Can’t get a better view!!
The “Shave Ice” wasn’t shaved. It was chipped off and then mechanically chopped so it was small bits of ice that looked very much like a Snow Cone to me. Still tasty- just not what I expected texture wise.
Plan to go back and try the Boba Tea!!!

One of the worst boba milk teas I’ve ever had. It was literally just milk with a clump of tapioca balls for 8 bucks. I don’t know how they can call it “boba”. It was so bad I didn’t even go back to argue because if I got a new one there wouldn’t have been a difference.
Worst customer service, lady had the audacity to ask for a tip immediately after charging me. Is he said and I quote “ Of course no tip?” and rolling her eyes. I requested her to cancel my order and refund me. I advised the lady she might get a tip if she didn’t have an attitude. Do not recommend coming here at all. I’m not one to write review however, I could not let this slide.
