Burger Lounge

I really like Burger Lounge - the review is for this location only. My child does not like cheese - he’s a human and entitled to his opinion. Literally 100% of the time when I order a lounge burger without cheese they put cheese on! A week ago it happened again. I returned it and they refired it. Then they gave me a VERY rare burger. My son had a couple bites but then wouldn’t eat it, understandingly so we just tossed the rest and I made him something when we got home. The next day he experienced stomach cramping, nausea, and diarrhea that lasted all weekend. We won’t be returning.

First of all, I don't like burgers at all. However, there is one place in the United States where I actually crave them. Their burgers, made with grass-fed meat, are incredibly delicious. I love them. The service can be hit or miss—it depends on the staff. Sometimes I've met really great employees, and other times not so much. Overall, it's a good place.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, clean, and delicious. I have been here twice with my two young children now, and it’s been a pleasant experience each time. Will definitely go out of my way to come to this Burger Lounge location in the future.
