They are so nice here, and thats before I say anything about the food…. Which is amazing. I had 2 birrieria tacos, an order of consume, and a coke and my order always $15 before tip. Mr Fernandez came to my table to make sure my meal was amazing. They had my drink on the table waiting on me immediately after I ordered and paid at the register. Highly recommend a trip here! Gracias!

Its worth the hype. Came here with my father 20 minutes before they closed and were attended by nice staff. Had the tacos the birria with and without nervio and they are delicious. Consume a must. Taste made at home. Very roomie and clean and the staff again very attentive. If you want "Genuine Birria" this is your place in San Diego.

On our bicycle road trip, we stopped here for tacos and were pleasantly surprised. The food was saucy and delicious. David waited on our table and was very attentive. I highly recommend stopping here on your next outing. It is an easy stop right off Hwy 5 and Coronado Avenue.

Amazing! Delicious! Dare I say, life changing?! Hands down the BEST tacos in San Diego! The customer service is top notch…and the prices are even better! Don’t be discouraged by the long lines, your order is taken and you are seated very quickly.

The Ed Fernandez Birrieria hype is 💯 real!!! From the friendly parking lot attendant to the patient cashier, the cute and clean dining areas, and the quick, efficient staff — @edfernandezbirrieria delivers on EVERY level before you even take a bite! Just look at the #1 combo special and the menudo with tripe, tendon and corn!! I wish I could eat everything on the menu! I didn't take a picture but the atole was also very delicious! 😋
