Without a doubt, the best Mediterranean/Lebanese food I had in SD. We went for the kibbeh (that was insanely good!) plate with labneh and hummus, a kafta and cheese flatbread, and babaganoush with pita, that’s honestly was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted in my life! So humbly delicious! Prices are wonderful considering the portion sizes that are so large. This place is a gem!

I’ve been here before about two years ago and it was excellent. It was honestly one of the best shawarmas I’d had and the reason I came back. This visit, unfortunately, was a stark difference. While the bread was still great, the chicken shawarma itself was very disappointing. The chicken had a noticeable fishy smell and taste, which made me concerned about the quality or freshness of the meat. I couldn’t finish it. The wrap is large, but at $18 for a single shawarma, the quality really needs to match the price. That price point made the drop in quality especially noticeable and is what ultimately pushed me to leave a review. I hope this was just an off day, because based on my past experience, this place is capable of doing much better.
