Pacific Pita has recently opened its doors. It is a to-go place only at this point. It's located next to the "American Market" convenience store.
I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap with no fries. All their wraps come with fries. Even without the fries, they still had me pay the full price of $15.99 plus which came out to $17 and some change. I wish they would have offered me a small salad, a small side of hummus, or a small side of babaghanoush at least.
At any rate, the chicken shawarma wrap was very good. It did not come wrapped in more traditional pita, lavish, or saj flat bread, but rather a good and dependable flour tortilla, which was of good quality.
The chicken was tender and very tasty. The tahini sauce that came inside the wrap was very good. The house pickled cucumbers were great and the tomatoes and onions were fresh. They put just enough sumac to complement the rest of the ingredients. A very good shawarma wrap.
The hospitality was pretty good. There was not much conversation, but then they were busy getting ready for the day. The service was average. It did take about 15 minutes to make the wrap and I was the only one there, not that I am complaining.

We just ordered take out from the soft opening - delicious!!! So flavorful. I got the Salmon Tikka Bowl with rice. The marinade and grill on the salmon was perfect, I've never had something so tasty. The taboli was so fresh. The My husband got the chicken schwarma wrap. It came with fries, which I immediately stole and savored. We shared a dolma. Portions were large, I'm taking half of my bowl for lunch tomorrow. Happy to have them in the neighborhood! Happy Opening!!!
