Five-star experience from start to finish.
First time dining at Rare Society and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we sat down, everything was dialed in.
We started with the hamachi crudo, which was outstanding; bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The house bread rolls with whipped butter were next-level and dangerously easy to overindulge in. The house Caesar salad was honestly to die for, one of the best I’ve had anywhere.
For the main event, we ordered The Associate, adding the lamb lollipops, and every cut of meat was cooked perfectly. You can tell they take real pride in their execution. The chimichurri and salsa were excellent accompaniments and elevated the meats even more. As for sides, the broccolini stole the show, hands down the best side dish on the table and an easy 5 stars on its own.
The only minor knocks: parking is rough, the first round of cocktails took forever, and the $30 potato au gratin just wasn’t worth the price compared to everything else on the menu.
That said, those are small blemishes on an otherwise phenomenal experience. Top to bottom, Rare Society is a true 5-star steakhouse, and I’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic! We celebrated our anniversary at Rare Society and everything was so well done. The service was exceptional, our food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm. We had such a great time and deeply appreciated all the little touches the staff put into making our celebration extra special. We're definitely coming back
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, almost creepy with what they knew about me before I set foot in the place! 🤣 But that's the attention to detail, and the comfort level they strive to create. We were treated like royalty. Now to this menu.....you WILL SPEND $$$, but it is SOOOOO worth it. Steaks ( Cedar River Prime Bullseye Ribeye was my choice) are top notch (world class in my opinion), the brocollini is oh, so sexy and delicious, the fall-out-the-shell-so-you-don't-have-to-fight lobster tail, the magnificent Parker House rolls laced in truffle butter, the incredible Old Fashioned cocktail with a perfectly sized cube of bacon fat which they sear for you on the rim.......this is a destination restaurant for CERTAIN on my next visit! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
Came in with the excitement and left with huge disappointment. Everything was salty. The broiled oysters were the worst dish. They were extremely salty and the seasoning overpowered the oysters, no one from my party of 6 could taste any oysters at all. Broccolini, roasted mushroom, and miso glazed carrots were pretty burnt. And salty. Even the parker rolls weren’t good, they were warm but dry. Hamachi crudo tasted quite fishy. The associate board (I forgot to take a photo of) came out to be rare instead of medium rare as we ordered. Despite being still rare, my husband said they were kind of chewy, which means the cut weren’t a good cut when the meat was thin, rare, yet chewy. When I cut into 2 pieces of the fried chicken dish, there was some pink blood coming out from the middle. I could not eat that because I’m pregnant and requested my food to be fully cooked. Tbh, it was understandable for the chicken to not be fully cooked because each piece was huge! The manager told me that the kitchen confirmed it was fully cooked to their standards, but she still offered to make another fried chicken order which would be cooked longer, I accepted and the second order came out to look more brown (which meant they did cook them longer), however, I cut into another 2 pieces and there was still light pink blood coming out!!! I totally lost my appetite then. The manager came back and offered some dessert on the house but I declined. At that point, I had no faith in any other dishes from there that would taste good. I appreciated that the manager tried to make it right for us, but unfortunately the food taste and quality didn’t meet our expectations. Very disappointed to say the least.
I live in the same neighborhood as this Rare Society for about four years and I have never gone in until last week on my 13th year anniversary. We just walked in no reservation, ga seat at the bar and it was a happy hour. That right there gave me a smile on my face. Once the food came out. What an incredible experience. We asked our server for his suggestions, although we wanted different things we took his suggestions and could not have been more pleased. The flavors on every single thing were absolutely spot on.. this place truly blew my mind and I even told the bartender how dare they make everything so good because now you have a regular customer in me! Prices are very high but the experience and the flavors made it all worth it!
