Wine ok. Owners tend the counter. Seemed alright. Nice view. They have gluten free pizza and charcuterie snack basket where you can get gluten free crackers from them. Kind of pricey. Pizza ok... Kind of soggy. Political signs hang on the fence next to the entrance to their property, But not sure if it is theirs or not. I personally like to stay away from all of that and just enjoy the setting food and wine when I go to these places. So if this bothers you, be forewarned. We may go back sometime, but nothing super compelling at this place. Feel free to check it out!
Super cute winery - casual and chill vibe and great tasting wine and wonderful staff. And the view and lounging on the Adirondack chairs just made it perfect 👌
We spent a few hours at the winery. The views are amazing. The host was wonderful. And we really enjoyed the wines (got two cases). Cabernet (both of them) was amazing. Paired perfectly with bbq later that day.
Even with the cold rainy weather this is a great place to get away. A cute little gem in the east county mountains. Some great wines to taste, especially the sparkling berry wine. We're already planning another trip to try their other sparkling wines in a few weeks. Also, a nice bonus is the availability for some snack foods.
Relaxed low-key winery with no-stress tastings. Nice view too - you can see all the way to Downtown San Diego! Only drawback is it can get very warm in Jamul. Try to go on a clear, temperate day. Liked the rosé and reds. Didn't try the whites. Will be back.
